A delicious meal, featuring largely local produce expertly prepared, and service that resembles a ballet, as it's so well-oiled and puts guests at ease. We had a 10-course meal, not including the little extras before and after the meal. A wonderful experience that we wholeheartedly recommend.

We had the 8-course menu with wine pairing. The portions were very tasty but quite delicate. The highlight was definitely the desserts. The accompanying wines weren't to our taste. The service was very busy. The room was very nice. There are similar options in Chazelles-sur-Lyon.
