Came upon Belem by accident,it was a very pleasant experience,traditional French food. We have a lovely entree and the main was fish Halibut with veg. Extremely well priced , great service and lovely area. Even if you don’t need it, use the bathroom, it’s an experience in itself very unique. Definitely be back here
