Neighborhood bistro. Welcomed by a friendly boss. As a starter, a decent mixed salad, after which it spoils. A stuffed "taco pancake" dipped in tomato sauce... and after a pie that came out of a freezer way too long ago, really not good. Unbeatable price, even a coffee for 1€. Good but to actually eat
