While passing through Seyne les Alpes we stopped at the Vieux Tilleul hotel, what a nice surprise to find a restaurant there, L'Insolent, seasonal and local homemade cuisine with a very involved chef. We had a great evening with very pleasant and friendly service, we highly recommend this restaurant.
