A wonderful discovery of Ariège gastronomy with this delicious dish, azinat! The owner is adorable and keeps his grandmother's recipe alive. The server is friendly; go for it!

Homemade, regional cuisine, and you can taste it! Yesterday we ordered three Azinats, very generous in meat and flavorful. We also had a piece of butcher's meat. Perfectly cooked and the fries were crispy and generous. We highly recommend this authentic spot.
