We called before hand asking if we needed a reservation and were told to just come. We arrived and asked to sit outside and we're snapped at for not having a reservation. We then sat inside. We ordered drinks and food and wile waiting an hour, were bothered by flies. While we ate there were more flies harassing us. The phones were also ringing the whole time at a volume where we would have to stop talking and wait for them to stop. Two of my friends ordered the vegan "burger" and they were just sesame buns that were advertised as "Dinkelbrötchen". The burger just had a handful of unsalted and unseasoned grilled vegetables inside. To ask 13€ for a sandwich with lukewarm vegetables is an insult to any vegan customer there. My double cheese burger was just all store bought ingredients. And the raviolis that my other friend ordered were very overcooked. We should have sent the food back but we're so hungry that we couldn't wait another hour to eat. So we just ate the overpriced orders. We asked for the check and waited another 30 minutes until we could pay and we told the, I'm assuming, manager our concerns and she just used the excuse that we should have sent the food back and that vegan food is "just like that" and that "if you don't like vegan food then order something else". What's strange is that we went to a great restaurant the next day in Böblingen and my friend ordered a vegan burger again. It was 3€ cheaper and had handmade buns with avocado cream, a veggie patty and fresh tomatoes and crunchy salad as well as store made fries. To add insult to injury, my friend, who ordered the raviolis, got sick from the food and vomited before we left. All in all i wont be going back here, that's for sure.

Nice place, not fancy, a little bit old "bowling" system. Good service and atmosphere.
