Schwarzer Adler „Milagro“ : Berliner Str. 33, 16321 Bernau bei Berlin

We were six people at this restaurant. The food and drinks were delicious. However, we did not like the service. We waited about 30 minutes for our dishes, on top of that we were not given cutlery. We waited another five minutes for the cutlery. The staff, as an apology for the long wait, gave us each a glass of alcohol at the end. I was 9 months pregnant and said I don't drink alcohol and the waiter said he would just leave it here. (Maybe he thought I would change my mind and drink?) I would have been happy to receive something non-alcoholic instead. In addition, when dishes and drinks were brought it was said their number instead of their name and waited to see who would say it was for them. I don't know the numbers of the dishes and I don't even need to. Each small table has a number, so you can write down the number of that table and then it will be easier to find who ordered what without asking.

Amazing food, impeccable service, and a cozy ambiance. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The staff made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. A top-tier dining experience — can’t wait to return!

We loved it! The service was really friendly, like meeting your great friends. The food was also great! The portions are huge, and cocktails are amazing really. Bar chef have a great idea to make it. And most important of all.. it was soooo tasty! I really appreciate to owner and all staff also. They are doing great.
