Schlossberg is a beautiful restaurant with a great concept and vision which I truly admire. Jörg Sackmann does not only do “fancy” techniques for the sake of the looks, but he does it to truly bring about a delicious synergy of flavour which I truly respect and adore. I discovered delicious combinations that I would bring back into my own cooking and enjoyed a beautiful dinner with my wifey where we could actually both enjoy the dishes and have fun figuring out how the dishes were made and dissecting what we like or didn’t like about each dish. Jörg even sat down and had a short chat with me about SINGAPORE and took a photo with us which I really appreciated. 2 thumbs up💪🏽😁👍🏽, a must try restaurant if you are in the Black Forest Neighbourhood, a 4 hour dinner which would definitely send you home ready for a good nights sleep dreaming of the delicious meal you just enjoyed.
