Pizzeria Sportheim FSV Deufringen : Hasenäckerweg 1, 71134 Aidlingen

The Pizzeria Da Nicola is a sports restaurant in the Deufringen district and is located directly on the beautiful Landtour Sheep Trails hiking trail. There are parking spaces right in front of the door. The entrance is on the right. Furnishings: simple inn, medium-light wood. Older men meet here to chat in the evening, play cards and drink beer. Shortly after 5 p.m. it was almost full. Service young, nice but untrained. When we arrived, we were immediately informed that the chef was currently on vacation and that there was only pizza and salad available. OK, we ordered 2 pizzas, which arrived rolled up after a few minutes. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. Dough is nice and fluffy with a light crust. However, my pizza was still doughy at first and when it was delivered the entire base was “dirty”. This is what happens when you don't sweep the oven clean. After the meal there were 2 Ramazottis - whether just like that or as compensation was not clear, as criticism was only received but not responded to verbally. Too bad. I hope that things go differently when the chef is there and so I don't deduct any points. As a bonus, there is garlic oil to drizzle on, made from fresh, finely grated garlic. The thing about the pizza was an extra kicker (i.e. meant in a positive way). But soon afterwards you have a thirst attack. The toilets are right at the entrance. Light to switch on yourself. Windows and natural light. Clean.

The pizza here was really tasty, very nice and good service. Ambience was clubhouse style Club restaurants are often real insider tips. Gladly again 👍

The service is very nice and everything is clean. No waiting times that are too long. The pizza has great toppings for 10 a.m. The only "bad thing" is that the peppers on the pizza are rather mushy. But otherwise everything is great.
