We came here for our son's wedding reception. It's located in a nice small town and everything about it was perfect. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious and the location was perfect. We can highly recommend this hotel and there is a castle very close by.

2 night stop on business trip, good Wi-Fi. Typical family run German Hotel. Rooms are basic but clean. Food was fantastic for both breakfast but especially main meals (try the steak). Location not ideal unless you have transport, would be bit of a walk into Runkel itself.
