We visited Kokono last night. The place looks incredible. The sushi was really fresh and delicious! We especially loved the tuna nigiri and the tempura rolls. And the presentation was amazing! We were served by Ahmed, his service was super polite and attentive - a very good employee! We will definitely come back, highly recommend!

Quaint atmosphere, friendly wait staff. No English menu so ordering if not fluent in Deutsch is the biggest challenge. Kokono did have Pho soup, though not served in traditional bowls with traditional utensils and side dishes it was reminiscent of the soup I have had in other regions of the world. Parking may be a challenge but once that’s sorted your experience will have been worth it.

Lovely sushi place (we had mainly salmon and tuna), generous portions. The bits or morsels of fish and prawn were generously added to the rice and all in flawless quality. And the tempura tuna was delicious. So the price performance ratio was absolutely correct. Very friendly and attentive service. As often the kitchen of those the modern and especially the Asian restaurants are open. I like the fact that you can watch how the kitchen staff works and presents all the goodies on those plates. I asked whether I could take a photo of the staff working which I was granted with a big smile. The restaurant is a bit outside of the inner city. Parking places are right beside the restaurant.
