Today I would like to tell you about Mykonos in Ergoldsbach - in our opinion the best Greek in the entire region - probably in all of Lower Bavaria. We are fans of Greek cuisine and have already tested restaurants all over Germany. But none has been able to convince us more than the Mykonos in Ergoldsbach. On the one hand - the friendly service. The family is close to the guest and offers excellent service, friendly and personable. The restaurant is beautiful and has a very authentic atmosphere, as well as a small but nice beer garden. There are also enough parking spaces. About the food: The taste and portion size blew us away :D the mixed cold starters - a dream. There was calamari and octopus salad, tzatziki, tamaras, grilled eggplant salad and feta cream - everything tasted wonderful and was plentiful. The main courses were just as special: the gyros was extremely crispy and full of roasted aromas, the veal liver was buttery and of the best quality, the calamari was just as tender and full of flavor. The bifteki was well seasoned, you could immediately tell that it was homemade and not only had the grill aroma but also a lot of spices. The drink prices are also extremely fair - to be honest, I haven't experienced this cheaply in a long time. 0.5l Helles 3.9€ - 0.5l Spezi as well - 0.5l Retsina 12€. All in all, we will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone in the area. We felt like we were in Greece today. Thank you for the lovely evening

The food was decent and the waitress very friendly. The service was pleasant and rounded off the visit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with good value for money.

We've tried a lot of Greek food and I have to say that the Mykonos in Ergoldsbach was clearly the best today. In addition to the sweet owner, who provides incredibly good and warm service, the food was more than convincing. The appetizer platter for 2 people was more than plentiful and each individual component was very tasty in itself. For my main course I had the Faros plate with gyros, bifteki and veal liver. Gyros - super crispy as I personally love it. Beef liver - insanely tender and delicious, never eaten better! Bifteki - very well seasoned and harmonious. Fries - to the point. Reordering the side dishes is no problem at all, no extra fees for ketchup/mayo, drinks prices are extremely fair! We have definitely found our new regular Greek here!
