Pizza Pronto 007 : Schleusenweg, 97250 Erlabrunn

I bought a Top Angebot 1 in which I got Family Pizza and a salat. The food tastes good, but the service, what I received was not worth it. Firstly the food came really late, had to wait for a long time to get my order. Took longer than 40 minutes to receive it. When I had ordered it, I already told to take out, and didn't receive a fork, so when I asked for the fork. I had to wait for another 10-15 minutes just to receive a fork. The waiter bought the fork in his pocket. Where is the hygiene in that???

Unfortunately, I have to give it one star. I ordered a pizza yesterday. After logging in/registering, it worked. Then I wanted to pay online straight away, but it didn't work again. I then chose the option to pay in the restaurant. Order was placed. Unfortunately, after 25 minutes in the login portal, I discovered that my order had been canceled. The reason given was not given; you should call to check. I rode past on my bike to see if the restaurant was open. It was open! Conclusion: Because of my wealth, online ordering is apparently no longer necessary!

We stopped by for a beer on a hike. We were served promptly. Otherwise, the seating was quite pleasant. We could go again. The menu looks pretty good, with moderate prices.
