Resting and having a quick snack is fine. The biggest drawback is the lack of restrooms.

Nice starting point to see the large ships up close as they enter or leave the mouth of the Elbe. Parking lot with parking ticket machine not far from the dike. Approximately 150m. Also ideal for cycling. Large campsite with a lake for sports.

The food stalls at the anchorage. Recommended: Asian snack bar. Plentiful and good. Also good: fish snack bar “See aftern Dieck”.
