A beautiful location in front of the Isar River, also with the possibility of enjoying something on the floating raft. We stopped here to enjoy a good coffee and a Marilla-Shnaps. I must say that if we had known beforehand we would have stopped here for lunch, but it was fun anyway. The view is breathtaking! View of the river and even a few lucky ones were seated on the floating raft on the Isar River. The mise en place outside is simple, while inside it is much more elaborate. The service is punctual and professional. They understood us very well speaking English. The coffee was very tasty and the Marilla Shnaps (apricot liqueur) was fantastic! Very fragrant and dry... If I were to return I would not miss a Bavarian lunch here.

Today, we went for a lovely stroll with our daughter in Landshut's old town, right on the banks of the Isar River. I spotted the restaurant from a distance and hoped they'd serve something delicious on the shady terrace. I immediately fancied a Viennese veal schnitzel with fried potatoes. After the stroll, we finally arrived at the restaurant – a large wine selection and the finest food! I first looked at the menu and immediately spotted my dream dish: Wiener Schnitzel with fried potatoes and salad! Of course, we ordered it immediately. It even came with cranberries – and I was in seventh heaven after the first bite! Oh my God, I have to honestly admit: I've rarely eaten such quality in my life. I can only recommend this restaurant to everyone and give it 10 stars. Kudos to the chef – keep up the good work! We'd love to come back! Best regards, the funny Büxen family 🫢

Unfortunately our old review has been lost. This means we can't write an update but have to re-evaluate. Therefore I will keep it short. It was excellent again. We've never had a bad meal here. The quality of the food is very high.
