Hotel-Gasthof Altmann : Hinterbuchbergstraße 1, 93458 Eschlkam

We were there for the second time and were very satisfied again. Rooms clean and very spacious, shower/bathroom is a bit old and could do with updating but still clean and well maintained. Breakfast and food is completely sufficient and very good. Very nice and accommodating host family, who accommodate all your wishes and problems as far as possible t and come up with nice surprises. A clear recommendation from my side, as the price-performance ratio is very good in my opinion.

We stayed here for four nights with a group of ten people. We were able to park ten Harleys overnight in the garage. The rooms are clean, with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, there was no phone service, so we used WhatsApp. That worked very well. Very friendly, helpful, and kind service. A very extensive breakfast buffet with fresh fried or scrambled eggs. A refrigerator with drinks and snacks is available 24/7 on the floor. No one dies of thirst or hunger here ;-) The nearest gas station in Germany is about 2 km away. Interesting destinations can be reached from here. The Czech Republic is just a stone's throw away. I would come back here again.
