A very nice traditional German Restaurant serving good food. The server was charming and took good care of our group. Would love to come back.

Pleasant hotel restaurant on the banks of the river. Stayed here a few nights with two colleagues. Rooms decent enough if a little dated looking. Bed comfortable and best hot shower I’ve had in a while. No air conditioning which could be an issue in summer time although not a major issue. Good value for price paid for rooms and highly acceptable for local area. We ate at restaurant on first night and got a table no problem without reservation. Not sure how busy it gets later in summer. Good choice of dishes and also smaller plate options if you were not wanting a big meal. Decent beer selection most welcome! Polite staff and quick service, but English seemed not widely spoken. Big portions and great taste. Small salad had a bit too much oil dressing but was nice and fresh. Around 10-16Euro for main courses. Salad side 3Euro. Beers half litre around 3-4Euro depending on choice. Nice ambiance. For hotel parking note there are a few bays behind hotel but main car park is across the main road from the main building at the front.

Beautiful rustic restaurant! Its part of the hotel in the same building. I went there with my colleagues. One of them was German and she said this is a famous old restaurant for having traditional german meals. I tried there 1/4 duck meal for lunch, this is a traditional meal during the christmas. Overall, I had a good time there.
