The hospitality could use some work. The mold in the bathroom needs to be removed, the mattresses perhaps need replacing, and the "floodlight" in the courtyard, given the great view, needs to be equipped with a motion detector that turns it off occasionally. The restaurant could question its use of salt... it was so borderline that even the children at the next table refused to eat the fries. My dumpling soup and the farmer's cordon were also borderline, and the fries were inedible for me. Lowlight 1: the floodlight at the back facing the parking lot, which shone all night. It ruined the view of Lake Ossiach from the balcony. Lowlight 2: "Breakfast." At 7:30, no one was around to get a coffee. Two tables were set with cutlery, etc., and a few dry rolls were also available. In the room, there was a small refrigerator with plates, a few slices of cheese, and sausage. But they were already there when I arrived the night before. There were also a few "cheese corners" of Schmelkzäse, which I took two of and used to cover a roll. I've never experienced anything so bad in Austria. I had the previous evening's meal bill charged to my room. After calling several times, the manager probably came and took the money. Some of the dishes listed were incorrect - "It costs the same anyway." What a shame. There could have been more.
