Zum Fischer Am See : Harrasser Str. 145, 83209 Prien am Chiemsee

We came here for my daughters 15th birthday. We cannot speak German very well. But we were made to feel very welcome. We had to use translate for the menus but in this part of Germany that seems the way for tourists. The lady who served us all night was great. She was very friendly and polite and made sure we were happy. A beautiful lady with a nice butterfly tattoo. If she serves you she is one of a kind. The food was delicious. We all said this is the best meal we have had since we have toured Europe and this meal topped them all. Beautiful settings. Friendly staff and great food we would like to visit again before we leave the area for Czechia. Thank you for your hospitality. We did look at staying in a room before we move on but they are full. Which to me tells you how beautiful it is there. Thank you

Great food and a nice selection of virgin cocktails. Service is very friendly. The view from the terrace is good, but you can’t see a lot of the lake.

We stopped by this restaurant with my mother on the way home from Munich and it was absolutely worth it. Fish dishes were excellent. The Hungarian bartender girl prepared barista quality coffees for us and she was very kind too.
