Great place in the newly renovated old train station, therefore the name which translates to "Platform 1"! Great food, local beer and a nice beer garden. One of the last places where you can still get Krug Geisfeld Lager (a legendary local beer) on tap! The Gleis 1 Special Pizza with chilli peppers and garlic was amazing!

Yesterday we had dinner at Platform 1. The atmosphere is harmonious, you feel very comfortable. The waiter was very friendly and accommodating. Wanted to try out the new burger offering. The burgers were good, but unfortunately not warm, hence only 3 stars. And I have to criticize again, we left the cafe after about 1 1/2 hours and smelled like a chip shop that I thought I was sitting in the kitchen next to the fryer.!!! A request to the owner: please switch your extractor hood to level 3. Thank you. Next time we'll bring the food home, it's easier. And you don't have to put everything from jacket to trousers in the washing machine.
