The traditional restaurant offers a stylish, modern ambiance inside. The staff was friendly and attentive. The pre-ordered champagne was chilled and waiting. Classic dishes were given a modern interpretation, and the chef duo has the courage to spice things up. We particularly enjoyed the braised dishes. We would gladly return.
