🤩 Hello, our Sunday trip went to the “Jerusalem artichoke weeks in Renchtal”. Some restaurants are participating with specialties from the “great tuber” 🤩 🌷 Our visit was to the country inn “Zur Schwarzwaldtanne” in Oberkirch. This middle-class, family-run house is located directly on the “Baden Wine Route” between orchards and vineyards 🌷 Baden cuisine is celebrated here with regional and seasonal dishes in a cozy atmosphere. 😋 As a “greeting from the kitchen” there was homemade baguette with a spicy curd spread. The Jerusalem artichoke cream soup with saffron, chili & fried king prawn was a great composition 😋 🌸 There was also a perfectly pink fried lumberjack steak with potato wedges & spicy herb butter, as well as fine spinach noodles in topimanbur cream & topimanbur cookies, very tasty! 🌸 🤠 Finally, we treated ourselves to an “Alpirsbach monastery dark in the boot”. Due to the boot shape of the glass, you should be careful when drinking the last 🤠
