Gasthaus Rose : Rosenstraße 26, 72213 Altensteig

I was in the cafe. Just to enjoy evening. Service is very friendly and atmosphere is warm. I’ve eaten a piece of cake and have drank glass of wine on the terrace. The cake tasted good, made with love like homemade. Inside and on the terrace very clear and comfy Price is very affordable.

Spacious, comfortable, and VERY quiet rooms in a relatively new guesthouse. The town itself is quiet and calm and the location of this guesthouse couldn’t be more perfect for access. The bed was comfortable and with the blinds closed it was very dark. I slept in a room facing the street and with the windows shut all the way I didn’t notice any noise at all

Very, very nice and simply excellent hotel with well-modernized rooms and a very pleasant atmosphere. There is even a communal kitchen here. You can still clearly feel the history of the old house. A family business that is now being run by the sixth generation. The landlady welcomes every guest very warmly and is always available for a nice chat. We would definitely like to come back here!
