There are good Spanish tapas here and also good main courses for fans of Spanish cuisine! Unfortunately, I have to make a slight deduction because the restaurant didn't really suit my personal taste and is completely unsuitable for vegans and very restricted for vegetarians. I was still able to find something vegetarian (the appetizer platter) and ordered various breads to go with it. So I was already full, but I have to say that compared to the meat and fish dishes, I was a bit depressed about the selection that was available to me... In addition to the tapas plate, I could have only had vegetarian pasta, which doesn't exactly scream Spanish cuisine to me... If there were 2-3 more Spanish vegetarian dishes here, I would rate the food better. The paella was said to be very tasty. Here, however, my companion wasn't so enthusiastic about the fact that they had to peel the shrimp themselves. They didn't know how to do it properly and so it unfortunately turned out to be a pretty unappetizing affair with not much of the shrimp left in the end. The restaurant can't do anything about that, but it would be nice if the shrimp were already peeled. Either way, after peeling your hands are completely dirty and have to be washed in the middle of eating, which is rather inconvenient. The service was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was very appropriately Spanish. It was neither too cold nor too warm in the restaurant. Everyone greeted us nicely when we left. The toilet cubicles were very small and cramped, but everything was clean. Overall, I wouldn't come back. If more vegetarian dishes were added, I would think about it and take another look.
Very friendly staff and delicious food. The homemade aioli and bread are especially delicious.
We discovered the restaurant during a Spanish evening with Wolfgang's fantastic musical accompaniment. We got a great seat in the front row and received very attentive service. The Happy Tapas platter was excellent, tasting better than expected, and the rosé that accompanied it was also very good. The prices were reasonable considering the quality offered. Fans of Spanish food will be happy here ;-)
