This is traditional Swabian restaurant, it's crowded on Sunday evening, recommend you should book table in advance. I went there alone and a bit early, so there is not any issue with seat. However, some people came late have to wait for seat sometime. It's crowd because they have delicious food, wine and beer. It's a recommendation for you to try when traveling in Abstatt. There is no any disappointed for me. I will come here next time if possible.

Kattriya Gut
Perfect place, a real jewel, built out of wood completely! Huge place inside, food was delicious, wine too. Staff is very fast and polite. Prices are very affordable. A bit out of main roads but worth the travel. Must visit if you are in the nearby area.
