For many years we only drove here to present things - the image of the former customs officer was still fresh in our minds. This meant we almost missed the current host! We were finally there and are very satisfied. You can sit outside under the chestnut trees and the children can run around in the playground. It takes a while for drinks and especially food to arrive But the wait is totally worth it! Freshly prepared, homemade pasta and excellent taste. The bread with the Caprese salad in particular tastes absolutely delicious. Cheers to the chef!!! The waitresses are very friendly, so you can forgive the fact that the wine you ordered was forgotten. A lot of Italian charm makes up for it. We will definitely come by and stop in again!

The food was really delicious, but the "nice" young waitress was either having a bad day or just not in the mood. For example, I asked if we could sit at a different table than the one assigned to us, but that wasn't possible because it was reserved for four. No other guests came to take the reserved seats, and presumably, no tour group had announced their arrival. Almost the entire restaurant was empty. Only three tables were occupied, and everyone had to sit next to each other. She looked unfriendly the whole time and didn't say a friendly word. We didn't really feel welcome. The other waitress (presumably the mother) was friendly, but unfortunately, she only brought us the main course.

Great menu, great pizza, impeccable in terms of price and quality, it's nice to sit inside and outside. Unfortunately, we have had days where we had to wait longer. Therefore not recommended for a quick meal.
