Hotel Zum Letzten Hieb : Frankenstraße 1, 97737 Gemünden am Main

In the last few years we have eaten several times as a couple, with family and friends in the restaurant “Zum alten Hieb”. This year in May we were 25 people at a family celebration. We received excellent advice in advance from the kitchen and service management regarding the choice of food and the entire planning was carried out extremely reliably. The room was perfectly prepared. The service was friendly and competent. The dishes were very tasty and well presented. Our guests consistently rated it this way. By the way: my brother-in-law is a chef and his partner is a chef - so judged with a professional palate. Today the four of us had dinner. My wife and I were remembered and the joy of seeing each other again was expressed. Again, the service was exemplary: friendly, attentive and competent. The food was once again very well prepared and served quickly despite the restaurant being full. We will definitely come back again.

Saturday Evening: Spessartschnitzel. Very delicious! Super fast served. Great service. Modern restaurant style. Recommendable, always!

We stayed at the hotel from May 23rd to May 25th, 2025, for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding. We loved everything. Very nice rooms, excellent food, and the organization of the celebration was also excellent. Not to mention the very friendly staff. This certainly won't be our last visit.
