I enjoyed one of the finest meals I've ever had, which was delivered remarkably quickly. The location was also quite charming. I would gladly make the journey to Bavaria just to dine here again.

We are delighted to be back here at Schloss Schenke for our Grandson's baptism and to spend two relaxing weeks in the cozy, quaint and meticulously cared for confines of the castle. We cannot say enough about the care and attention from the hosts and the peace and quiet here in Tunzenberg at this time of year. We absolutely enjoy everything about this treasure...the fireplaces warming the dining area, the friendly atmosphere, spacious rooms and great hosts. The breakfasts are delicious and the dinners are a treat to relax and enjoy in the dining areas. Of course we will return to enjoy it all once again.
