I had a really nice stay here with colleagues. The staff were super friendly and helpful. In the evening the restaurant manager and staff were great with us and made us feel very welcome. In the morning the host at breakfast Annikar, was great, she made a real effort to help me get my tea in a pot and a jug of milk. There was a really good choice of tasty food, both in the evening and in the morning. The rooms were clean and smart. It was a bit of a maze to find our rooms but I guess that's part of the charm.

We did a one night stopover during the week at this accommodation, and we booked it as a 4-star hotel with wellness center through booking.com. However our experience was quite disappointing because this is not a hotel at all but a training center strictly catering to business clientele. The pool and wellness center is closed between 9 am and 4 pm during the week, which meant we could not use the pool- this was the only reason we chose to take a detour to this remote location in the first place. There was no phone in the room to connect to reception or any other hotel service, no bathrobes or slippers which is very unusual for a "4 star wellness hotel", the room was dated and the mattress soft and uncomfortable, and checkout time was 10:30 am too early for a hotel stay. We do not recommend this place for leisure travel; there are much better options in this price range at prime locations.

Business Hotel with wellness elements. Good for seminars and such. Great if you also enjoy the outdoors with extensive walks in the woods.
