A Hidden Gem in Glorens – Absolutely Worth a Visit This hotel restaurant might easily go unnoticed as you walk through Glorens, the smallest walled town in Italy. I stumbled upon it while looking for a quiet place to escape the noise and traffic of nearby spots — and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be. I sat in the garden area with a few friends during our travels. At first glance, the garden may not seem particularly striking, but we decided to give it a try — and we were so glad we did. The service was absolutely wonderful: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We were offered a complimentary starter, and the non-alcoholic drinks were delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Then came the main courses. Although the portions were not large (as is often the case in high-quality restaurants), the vegetable and fish ravioli were exquisite — both in taste and presentation. Every bite was a delight. I noticed a cookbook displayed at the bar, which made me think the chef might be someone well-regarded in the region. If that's the case, they certainly live up to their reputation — congratulations are in order. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would return without hesitation.

Good service but slightly average food... meat was excellent but didn't enjoy the experimentation with pasta... four stars... also charging clients for tap water is not right... going down to 3 stars review
