Very busy and apparently popular place. Nevertheless, service was friendly and fast. The waitress went an extra mile to explain differences between sausages despite her limited English. Thank you, Sabine! You deserve a bonus! Strongly recommended when visiting Tegernsee.

Hands down, some of the best food I’ve had during my time in Germany. Every dish was hearty and full of flavor, and the portion sizes were impressively generous — you definitely get your money’s worth here. The highlight for me was the Apfelstrudel, which was served warm and fresh. The delicate sweetness of the apple filling paired perfectly with the rich, creamy vanilla sauce — it was pure comfort on a plate. That extra touch made it truly unforgettable. 10/10 experience overall. Already three times there in the last 3 months

Nice restaurant with great lake view. Weißwurst was delicious. The beer is fresh and comes almost directly out of the brewery. The beer prices, half a Liter 3.3€, are unmatched. Staff was also friendly.
