Hotel Garni Am Brunnenplatz : Raderstraße 7, 54568 Gerolstein

My wife and I just spent three nights at the Hotel Garni as part of our walking the Eifelsteig. Very nice hotel: friendly and helpful owner and staff, rooms were clean and pleasant, and they went out of their way to accommodate our vegan diet, which was not usual in our stays along the Eifelsteig. Highly recommended.

The approach to the main entrance hotel is not promising, requiring you to walk up the ramp of a multi-storey car park. Don't be put off, however; once inside, we were very pleasantly surprised. ||||The receptionist was very helpful, …

Nice, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Although we had a big room on the front, no street noice was filtered though the windows. There was also a lovely terrass. Parking at the side of the hotel. Lovely breakfast. The hotel has no restaurant, but being at the beginning of the main street, this was no problem.
