The restaurant is directly next to the Kinopolis Film Theatres directly past the the ticket offices. From room dividing and advertising it appears as if the cinema has a waiting area outside concession sales but after taking a seat I was asked for my order by a friendly waitress. Upon noting that I was merely waiting for my film to begin, she informed me that I would have to order or leave. It appears that the restaurant seating is both in front of and behind the glass wall advertising the restaurant and that the cinema has no waiting area. Obviously a great way to force customers to buy food and beverages but extremely misleading and unfriendly for patrons of the cinema.

I came at 22:10 and they close the restaurant at 23:00. For this reason, food service is no longer available. Keep it up and you can close it permanently.
