Worst experience with a landlord – not recommended! I had a very bad experience with this landlord. The rent was extremely high (€1,300 for a very basic apartment – completely overpriced!). Furthermore, the landlord constantly harassed me and entered the apartment several times without my permission or prior notice – which is absolutely illegal and disrespectful. I never felt safe or comfortable in the apartment. The landlord showed no respect for my privacy. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I absolutely cannot recommend this landlord.

It was a disastrous experience. The landlord was very rude and disrespectful. There was no privacy—he often entered the apartment without permission. Security was also poor. We didn't feel safe. We also felt the landlord was racist. He didn't treat us like normal people. I would definitely not recommend this apartment to anyone.

Unfortunately, I had a bad time with the owner. My family and I not only felt out of home the whole time, but also restricted. My son can't play at home and is always afraid of him. He interferes in my private life and watches us. Overall, I can't recommend anyone renting from him. I wouldn't want anyone to go through what we went through.
