Nice hotel with its restaurant in the center of the city will enable you to enjoy Bad Kötzting and Bavarian traditions. You can visit sauna with guest card and a special set with bathrobe and towel etc. is waiting for you in the room. The buffet breakfast was included in my price, and it was nice. Service offers you tea or coffee (with milk) in addition to the buffet. During lunch and dinner restaurant works in special hours and if you came outside of those hours do not expect a treatment there, which is a little bit weird especially if you are coming from long travel.
