The EdelEins was a lovely evening. There were two of us and we enjoyed the 8 course menu with cocktail accompaniment. The food was very imaginative and used high quality ingredients. The price was about 10% above what I would have expected (we were about 230€ pp). Cocktail accompaniment was also non-alcoholic. I would tend to go for the wine accompaniment as the cocktails were more in the vermouth/sweet direction. Service was courteous, well-informed and nice, tending to be a little more rustic. The ambience and furnishings are very nice. View of the whole of Deggendorf.

It was a wonderful evening. Great service, a wonderful view, and delicious food. A very young, professional team. Simply fantastic! The bread was truly delicious. The appetizers and main courses were not only eye-catching but also a delight for the palate. The location is very stylish, from the interior and furnishings to the tableware and the team's outfits. If you're looking for a special evening, this is definitely the place to be. We'll definitely be back!

I never usually write reviews, but I simply have to make an exception here. The food was excellent – a true highlight in both flavor and creativity. Every course was a delight, one I'd happily recommend. It was especially nice that the chef introduced himself personally. You can tell the passion goes into their work here. The entire team did a fantastic job – attentive, professional, and welcoming. I wish the team all the best – especially with the upcoming Michelin star award. In my opinion, they absolutely deserve a second star for this meal.
