Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience at this rest stop. We charged our car at the charging station and bought an ice cream at the gas station, which we then ate outside in the seating area. After eating the ice cream, we continued to sit on the outdoor seating to pass the charging time. The operator spoke to us in an inappropriately sharp tone, saying that we were not allowed to sit there without having eaten something, as it was a restaurant area. When we pointed out that we had just bought and eaten an ice cream and that the charging station explicitly states that you can get something to eat and sit outside, he reacted dismissively and said that he had nothing to do with the charging stations. Our attempt to calmly explain that we had already eaten something was unfortunately met with a derogatory remark. The operator also ignored my request to speak to guests respectfully and without aggressive undertones. We would have preferred more courtesy, hospitality, and a solution-oriented conversation here. Unfortunately, this leaves a very negative impression.

Excellent restaurant, very helpful staff, portions never leave anyone hungry. The restaurant is open 00-24. Truck parking costs 15 euros, of which 11 euros you get vouchers to spend. Parking quiet.

Short break at the rest stop...refueled and had breakfast...prices OK...super tasty coffee with a fried egg, bacon and rolls...at least 10 E lades...always on the way...
