From the outside, the restaurant looks nice and traditional German, which it is. The setting is nice🏰, the food is good and very generous🍟🍽️ but the staff is unpleasant: the pepper which was poorly closed spilled on me, so I went to see the lady to ask her what to do. The lady then came over, looked at me like I was an idiot before walking away never to come back and leave me to deal with it 😡. In short the food is good but the restaurant is lousy because of the staff.👎

We ate delicious carp. The service was very friendly and prompt. Franconian cuisine as you would expect. We'll be back. The table was reserved in advance and beautifully set.

Good Franconian cuisine with a delicious beer. We had homemade brawn and fried potatoes as well as chanterelle cream and homemade dumplings. It was really great, we would come back at any time.
