Top!!!
We always enjoy going to Il Capriccio – for us, it's one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. The food is simply outstanding: authentic, fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The menu offers a great selection, whether pizza, pasta, fish, or meat – everything is just right here. The ambiance is stylish and cozy at the same time. I've given it five stars in all categories – except for the service, which gets four stars. Not because the staff is unfriendly – on the contrary: everyone is very friendly and attentive. However, because the service isn't always staffed at the same time, delays or minor discrepancies occasionally occur – for example, when asking questions or refilling drinks. Nevertheless, the quality of the food and the overall experience more than make up for it. We'd be happy to return – and recommend Il Capriccio anytime!
Clubhouse with large outdoor area. Nicely decorated inside. We were a large hiking group. We were kindly welcomed to the restaurant 1 hour before opening time. This was my second time in this restaurant and it will probably stay that way. You miss Italian warmth. The boss is grumpy and obviously has a hard time smiling. The response to the food was very mixed. From tiny pasta portions, to overcooked pasta, overly salty, pizza with very clear toppings, other dishes scored with satisfaction. As the restaurant filled up, we were literally pushed together and tables were moved around. It's nice when things are running smoothly, but it's unpleasant when guests no longer feel welcome.
