Palermo Pizza Service : Hamburger Str. 40, 23843 Bad Oldesloe

After 2.5 hours of waiting, my pizza finally arrived and after opening it I was completely shocked, pizza wasn't cooked properly, very thin, burnt on the edge

I ordered a calzone here and was unfortunately very disappointed. When I cut it open, I found a hair in the food, which completely ruined my appetite. That shouldn't happen in a restaurant. It's a shame, because the dough and filling could have been delicious. Hopefully, more attention will be paid to hygiene in the future.

The store has become incredibly bad. It used to be a top-notch place. Basically, half the price is missing when you pay normally (!), and then they argue about why you don't order by phone. Apparently, they can't read, and their …
