Unfortunately, my last visit to the Gundelfinger Kebabhaus was not entirely convincing. As soon as you walked in, you noticed the long wait. Even though the store wasn't overly busy, I had to wait an unusually long time before I could even order. After I finally placed my order, I was asked multiple times by the staff for details - as if the original order had not been taken properly. This made the entire ordering process unnecessarily longer. This impression continued when paying: the staff seemed visibly overwhelmed when cashing out, sometimes unsure which amount belonged to which customer. There is clearly a lack of structured organization here. Working efficiently looks different. The taste of the kebab was solid, but nothing special. Compared to other kebab shops, I would put it in the middle range. The ingredients were okay, but neither particularly fresh nor particularly flavorful. In terms of price, the Gundelfinger Kebabhaus fits in with the current trend: overpriced like almost every kebab shop in the region. Given the long waiting time, the organizational weaknesses and the average taste, the price-performance ratio seems rather disappointing. Conclusion: If you have a lot of patience and don't expect any culinary highlights, you can eat here. If you value fast, well-organized service and a particularly good taste experience, you should look for alternatives. Card payment only possible to a limited extent. Foreign cards are not accepted.

The best kebab in Gundelfingen. The kebab tastes delicious. The salad was very fresh and equally delicious. The service was very friendly. They also included a free Turkish tea, which was also delicious. I'd be happy to come back. Addendum: I tried the kebab today. The bread was fresh from the oven and very crispy. I haven't had such a delicious kebab in years. Everything was great. I'll be back...
