Such a genius find for a lovely meal in the Black Forest. This gorgeous restaurant is in a beautiful historic building tastefully modernised inside combining tradition with the modern. The service is excellent, friendly and helpful with recommendations at hand if needed. Our food was delicious, we shared three starters, three mains and two desserts. It was so well seasonally put together and all regionally sourced. Full of flavour and beautifully presented. We will certainly be back when next visiting Germany and the area!

Lovely plates to share in a group. The price is rather steep, but worth it for the quality and experience, especially when you can try many different things on the menu :) There's a QR code if you want to re-order items or drinks later on, so you don't have to wait to ask for a menu, which is nice. Will definitely come back!

Wow, what a find!!! Sure, it's a bit far from central Freiburg, but totaly worth the drive. (If you have a car, there's enough parking space on nearby streets). The food was absolutely amazing. I loved the tapas concept for local food, which allowed me to taste so many different things. Also, the dishes are very fairly priced, especially for their quality. LOVED the ordering and payment method through the website. Sure, you can order with the lovely waitress, but the ability to simply order and pay without waiting made our experiece perfect, and the waitress was so attentive regardless. A very strong recommendation here.
