For many years, our family has enjoyed coming regularly to the Hirsch in Laubach because we appreciate the honest, Swabian cuisine and the authenticity of the hosts. Where else can you find that? We especially love their Maultaschen (ravioli), schnitzel, and salads, which are as homemade as everything else. We like to start with a good, cold, freshly tapped beer while listening to the schnitzel being cooked in the kitchen. Many other, and even changing, dishes provide variety for those who want more. Everyone we've taken to this restaurant so far has been equally enthusiastic. In the summer, it's also a wonderful place to sit outside. We say thank you and ask you to keep it up – we'd love to come every week.

Dear Gasthaus Hirsch, We celebrated our wedding with you and were thrilled. Our wishes were fully accommodated, and even one vegan and one vegetarian guest were excellently looked after. The food was delicious. It's regional, fresh, and specially prepared. We always enjoy coming back and are always delighted by the changing daily specials and the fantastic Swabian dishes.
