Charming little town, small, quaint and beautiful. Hotel is in a great location for seeing what the city has to offer, but about 10 minute taxi ride to the train station. Hotel staff ( one man) very impersonal and unavailable most of the time. Couldn’t find a warm body anywhere in the hotel on the morning of my departure to help call a cab or check out…

very clean, very friendly and has a nice Swiss charm without trying too hard. breakfast is buffet style and nice (cereal, yogurt, bread, meat, cheese, coffee) I've not tried the restaraunt. only downside is the tight access to hotel parking, but we got an SUV through ok.
