Zum schwarzen Löwen : Tellsgasse 8, 6460 Altdorf

I absolutely loved the restaurant at the hotel — the chef clearly puts great care into every detail, from the presentation to the flavors and overall harmony of the dish. My room was on the second floor (third floor by American standards), and when I opened the window, I was greeted with a charming view of the church tower and the mountains. It's truly a wonderful place to stay.

Historic place, we stayed at the room where Goethe stayed once. It was a nice experience. Decent place. The service is very bad, we didn’t receive good service. Bad attitude and rude towards us.

Although it was a rainy day we enjoyed our 1 night stay. Good value package in a double room and a 5 course degustation dinner that was delicious.
