I had a night booked at the guesthouse, and had read that the restaurant was recommended, so I decided to make a reservation. Food was really delicious. The Zander filet with potatoes was very tasty, and I’m not even a fan of boiled potatoes. The location was perfect, as it is situated in the middle of town. Friendly and lively atmosphere.

Great location for visiting Mittenwald. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Dinner (pork medallions) was one of best dinners I had while in region. Nice Appl0e strudel. The room was a bit small/tight for two people (Room 4) but served it's purpose. Balcony with view of mountain. Rustic decor made it feel more traditional. Everything within short walk. Great location.

Can't comment on the hotel but the restaurant here was great! We were seated fairly quickly outside when they were very busy. Staff were friendly and our food came out after a very short wait. They have a wide selection of traditional Bavarian foods on their menu. We thoroughly enjoyed the Pfifferlinge and Knödel, the Käse Spätzle, side salad, and aperol spritz! Prices were reasonable too. Definitely recommend!
