I got to eat at Brauhaus Zollernalb twice during my stay. The first evening, I ordered their beer Schnitzel with salad and fries. It was so huge and so flavoursome, but I could not finish my meal. Their wine selection was good. On my second evening, I ordered the roast beef with fried onions, salad, and chips with apple juice. The staff were friendly, attention and they even had menus in English and spoke good English so we could order meals with relative ease. The restaurant is a must visit!

Unfortunately we had to wait almost two hours for food without apologies or complimentary drinks/food. So even though the Käsespätzle were delicious, we were to exhausted from waiting to really enjoy them. Pity their service was so poor, especially as we reserved a table in advance. Very annoying to see people getting food before us even though they came after us...only one vegan main option for 19e too pricey... Another issue for non-german guests, card payment only with German EC card or in CASH!

Wonderful food, great beer, and super quick and friendly service. Overall just a complete joy, especially for a tired traveler looking for a nice dinner with a relaxed atmosphere. The food really was excellent - fresh vegetables, and crispy meat. The house-brewed beer was also a delight. I tried the Weizen, and I have to say, it was one of the best I’ve had in recent memory. I’m even tempted to come back for dinner again tomorrow…
