A review for the restaurant: The food was decent, not "bad" at all, but overpriced for portion size at least for the pumpkin soup. Although the service was great! But for 14 euro, I would've expected more than fancily plated cup of soup and shaved pumpkin... maybe that was just due to my ordering the vegan food, though. I know Bavaria probably isn't known for that. It's not that it was a negative experience, but I could've been more impressed.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with a fabulous spa and amazing food. The location is perfect, in a stunning environment. The food, both breakfast and dinner was delicious, well prepared and served. The whole place is very inviting and cosy. The perfect spot for relaxation and a good starting point to explore the Spessart.

Our review is a little late but better late than never. B.No. 237984825 Excellent service and excellent stay. It was just too short as we booked a night over the weekend to get away and have some fresh air. I highly recommend this place. Staff are friendly and accommodating with English. We couldn’t get time for the horse ride but definitely will be back as it is a great place to escape. Room with balcony and mountain view was refreshing when you wake up in the morning. Definitely recommend even the locals to visit every once in a while. Spa facilities are also awesome. We will be back.
