Hotel - Restaurant Heiligenstadter Hof : Marktpl. 9, 91332 Heiligenstadt i.OFr.

This is one of the best German restaurants I have been to that isn’t fine dining. It’s always very clean inside and out. The staff treats you like family and anything on the menu is good. It’s located in such a peaceful village with plenty of nature things to see and do near bye. I have posted numerous pictures of a variety of food we have eaten but this isn’t everything. The food has always been fresh and consistent every time we have come as well.

The hotel is located near a beautiful wood a many trails. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is perfect for a quiet vacation mood. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant has a great wine menu.

Very cosy place in Heiligenstadt, next to the village square and the Leinleiterbach. Friendly and fast service, even when it’s busy. You can eat traditional German cuisine and what’s special: you get a very tasty salad with it. We liked it very much ! Thanks!
