Super hideout, quiet expensive but worth the money. From start to end: 1. Booking: super easy via the website of Sportheim Böck. A down payment of 40 percent of the total was asked in advance. 2. Arrival and check-in: The »Sportheim Boeck« lies on 1500 above sea level. In winter one cannot reach it by car. Access is only possible by cable car via »Alpspitzbahn«. Tickets are included in the price for the lodge. These tickets are also the »Königstickets« (King‘s tickets) for all ski lifts of the resort. That means for ones stay in Sportheim Boeck one can use all ski lifts for free. Excellent idea! Transport of luggage can be arranged with the manager of the Sportheim via phone. One arrives at the valley station of Alpspitzbahn by car. You can drive directly until the valley station. From there you take the cable car up (two stations) directly until the Sportheim on 1500 meters. Your luggage you can take with you in the cable car or you arrange a transport with the management via phone. 3. The lodges: There are four lodges in total - suitable for up two four persons each. The design is awesome, cosy, super comfortable, luxurious. Including an open fire and a state of the art Finish Sauna in every lodge. The furniture is made mainly of silver fir, which gives the lodges a super-cosy atmosphere. The view on the surrounding mountains is just breathtaking. In the price including is a fridge full of beverages (beer, wine, soft drinks, the wines are medal-winning-wines, not just any). 4. Food: Outstanding local food. Included in the price is a super rich breakfast with optionally bacon, sausages, local cheese, yoghurt, muesli, juice, etc. Coffee-machine and coffee as well as tea is always available for free. The breakfast is so rich that it is enough as well for a lunch to prepare and to take with you for your daily adventures. Dinner is optionally and has to be chosen and ordered until 3 pm. It will be delivered in Thermoboxes directly to your lodge. OUTSTANDING and rich local food specialities. Dinner is excluded from the price and has to be paid extra. 5. Personal: super friendly and courteous. All together: one of the best places I have been to (Stayed there for five days in January 2025) and worth every cent.

Beautiful restaurant situated on the Alpspitze mountain with a beautiful view. You can get there with the cable car. The food was super tasty and the service was very friendly and helpful. We got a high chair for our 11 months old daughter. The place is family friendly. Can’t wait to go there again!

Incredible views. We enjoyed the food and was one of our least expensive outings at a restaurant during our trip while in Europe.
